Regarding requests for faculty and staff to hold concurrent positions
If faculty or staff members of this university engage in a second job (work outside of this university), they must apply in advance and obtain permission from the president, in accordance with the "Internal Regulations Concerning Permission for University Full-Time Faculty Members to Employ Second Jobs."
When submitting a request form, please ensure you have obtained prior consent from the faculty or staff member you wish to ask to take on a side job before sending the form.
