Academic Affairs Division ID and student ID number

Student card

(Student ID card, front)

Your student ID card is proof that you are a student of this university. It cannot be lent or transferred to others. It also serves as your exam ticket for regular exams held at this university, so if you forget it, you will not be able to take the exam. In addition, you should always carry your ID card with you so that you can present it at any time when asked to do so by faculty or staff, and handle it with care to avoid losing or damaging it. If any changes occur to the information on your student ID card, you must immediately notify Academic Affairs Division and have the changes corrected.

Student number

Your student ID number is determined when you enroll. Your student ID number will not change as long as you are enrolled in the department (faculty) you enrolled in. It is a unique number that will remain with you not only during your enrollment, but also after you graduate. All administrative procedures within the university are handled using this student ID number, so be sure to remember it accurately.

The student ID number will consist of six numbers and letters.

The letters represent the faculty and department, and the codes are as follows:

Renewing the back sticker of your student ID card

(Student ID card, back side)

This is an important certificate that proves your enrollment for the current academic year. The back sticker must be renewed every academic year for all students, regardless of whether they purchase a commuter pass or not. You cannot purchase a commuter pass with a student ID card that does not have the sticker for that academic year attached. Back stickers for the new academic year will be issued by Academic Affairs Division from late March each year, so don't forget to renew yours.
