This is the mascot OSUmaru.
His name is "OSUmaru".
It was created to commemorate the 50th Osaka Sangyo University University Festival.
This year marks the 10th anniversary of its birth, and it has happily reached the age of 10.
His job was to make the university festival as exciting as possible.
The goal is for everyone to have fun.
