This is the mascot OSUmaru.
His name is "OSUmaru."
It was created to commemorate the 50th Osaka Sangyo University University Festival.
This year marks six years since his birth, and he has happily reached the age of six.
His job is to make the university festival as exciting as possible.
The goal is for everyone to have fun.
