Do you eat breakfast?

Morning time is very precious!

There are various opinions, but eating breakfast is very important.
Skipping breakfast disrupts our biological clock, which controls our daily rhythm. This is said to have a negative impact on health and daily activities.
Our body clock beats in a cycle slightly longer than 24 hours, controlling our sleep rhythm, hormone regulation, body temperature, blood pressure, and more.
After waking up, your brain is awakened by the morning light, your body temperature rises after eating breakfast, and various functions of your body, including your internal organs, are reset, and your body begins to function according to its 24-hour rhythm.

Skipping breakfast can lead to obesity...

Eating breakfast raises your body temperature and speeds up your metabolism.
