Notes

  • xgate is a service that allows you to check the mail server from off-campus, but it is an email service that is intended for temporary use only, such as when you do not have an email client.
  • The mail area on xgate is only a temporary storage location. Please save it in your mail client.
  • xgate displays pop-ups in the browser window when sending e-mails, etc. The pop-up display may be blocked by the "pop-up blocking" function of your browser, making it impossible to display the pop-ups. In this case, please allow pop-ups on the site where xgate is running.
  • Even if you delete an email on xgate, the email will remain on the mail server.
  • Please note that when updating or replacing the system, emails stored on xgate will be deleted.
  • The amount of email that can be stored on xgate is 500MB per person.
