Admission Procedures
The designated enrollment procedure period differs for each entrance examination. If you do not complete payment of the enrollment fee (including various fees) and submit the procedural documents within the designated enrollment procedure period, you will not be allowed to enroll. Our university has a system for paying the enrollment fee in installments. Please note that there have been cases where students have been denied enrollment because they forgot to pay tuition fees, etc. Please be sure to check the information on the designated enrollment procedure period, enrollment fees, etc. Please note that the general second-term entrance examination requires payment in one lump sum.
Regarding refusal of admission
For those who have applied for admission through the following multiple entrance examinations, if you submit the application documents for declining admission to our university by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 29, 2024 (must arrive at our university), we will refund tuition fees, educational environment improvement fees, and miscellaneous fees, excluding the admission fee. However, when refunding, the applicant (those who declined admission) will be responsible for any transfer fees charged by financial institutions, etc.
In addition, those who have completed the enrollment procedure through a single-choice entrance examination such as a designated school recommendation, AO, or sports club entrance examination will not be allowed to decline admission under any circumstances.
